How to Make Your Own Frappacino (Low Fat!)

2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
1 tablespoon Instant Coffee Crystals
1/2 cup warm water
1 (14 oz.) can Low Fat Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 cups ice cubes

DISSOLVE cocoa and coffee in water in small bowl.
COMBINE cocoa mixture, sweetened condensed milk and vanilla in blender; blend well. Gradually add ice, blending until smooth. Serve immediately.

When the weather gets cooler, I'll add hot coffee drinks.

The Tree of Knowledge

The Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil gave Adam and Eve the freedom of choice. As moral agents made in the likeness and image of God they had to be given a chance to choose. God distinguishes between right and wrong and makes moral choices and man was given the same opportunity. We know man failed and thus the fall. As Kingdom Kids we know that we are free from religion, Religion is man’s idea of what it takes to get back to God.   God had a walking and talking relationship with Adam. Gen 1:28-30, 2:16-17, 3; 8-13.The separation is what religions has in error, tried to teach man how to fix. God wants a relationship with man. Kingdom teaching is very much needed in that it teaches man how to live in God’s kingdom and please Him.

Furthermore it teaches man how to live with one another on earth as is already being done in heaven.  These are dimensions.  We were once, by choice, in the kingdom of darkness. What Kingdom kids realize is that now we have been translated into the Kingdom of Light. We also have to make a choice to live in the Kingdom of His dear Son, This is what accepting the Lord as personal Savior entails. This introduces us to a new set of understandings. We now know we have freedom and liberty because the price of sin was paid by our King once and for all. We now that it is not because of any works of righteousness which we have done (religions) but we know that according to His mercy and grace He saved us.. We know that the renewing of His Holy Ghost daily makes it possible for us to enjoy the freedoms made possible in true Kingdom Living. This freedom is not to be used as a cloak to sin. We know what displeases God. Because we love Him and honor His Lordship over His Blood washed Kingdom we do only those things which promote unity and peace. Some may say that the decision Adam and Eve made to disobey God was freeing but it actually put us all in bondage to the law of sin and death. God being Lord and Master  the All knowing All seeing  All powerful and All forever Present ONE- Knew this and  told Adam not to partake .Gave Him a choice .I keep repeating this to get us to understand that God is still giving us choices. Good or Evil. What are we choosing? Many people assume that to “be free” is to be able to do whatever we want, wherever we want and whenever we want to do it . People think to be free means to say what they want (freedom of speech), eat what they want, show their nakedness when they want and to even serve God the way we want . Whatever is convenient for us we do and say. Whatever brings us discomfort or calls for sacrifices on our part we say “just couldn’t be God”.

 True Freedom is really found in choosing what is right and good. For that we need God’s guidance. The ministry  gifts were given to actually help with guidance and to help perfect and mature the Kingdom of God into the perfect one man ,JESUS CHRIST  (Ephe 4:13) The ministries gifts usually referred to  as the “fivefold ministry “given in Ephesians 4:11.  Apostle, Prophet, Evangelist, Pastor and Teacher are actually what God taught me the Hand and Fingers of God.   How does one get dress? With the hand. Right?  So for the sake of this teaching I personally call them the Five Fingers of the Hand of God.  The thumb represents  the Apostle  because it is the only finger that touches every other finger. The Apostle’s gifting package has a little of each ministry gift. The next finger, the pointer is the Prophet. The Prophet’s job is to always direct the person to “Thus said the Lord. The Prophet usually can see into the visions Of God .People have reduced the office of the Prophet and have been allowed to for filthy lucre sake, the office to that of a psychic or fortune teller. Predicting a house, job, money, husband and so forth has become so common among Prophets of today. Some have become so prone to hearing prophesies about smooth things that when a true Prophet prophecies something that seems negative, but the truth, people get offended and cast out that Prophet’s name as evil. The Evangelist finger is the Long middle finger(how dare we allow the enemy to steal it and use it  to cuss somebody out) what an offense, to the God who gave us the middle finger for His Glory! Any way that longer middle finger represents the Evangelist. Because it has a far reach and it reaches beyond the local borders to minister. Like the middle finger!~ The Pastoral ministry Gift is the ring finger because that ministry gift is usually married (committed)to a local congregation and is responsible to shepherd His God-given House of Worship.  The last finger which is the smallest but very important finger Is called the Teacher because that finger Is able to clean and dig in the ears  to cause people to hear better.   That is why God said what He said and How to obey His voice.   We indeed need God’s guidance for true successful and enjoyable Kingdom Living .God promises In  His word that it is the people who know their God who will do exploits  Miracles and other wonderful supernatural things.   We know there are those who have abused their ministries for sex ,money and power.
This is why it is necessary to know your bible and have God’s Spirit so that you can know that you have the right Kingdom guidance! Blessings   Kingdom Kids there is freedom in Knowledge. Ignorance is a bondage and the greatest destroyer of God’s people. 

Intentional Love & Kindness

Jesus Lived and did everything on purpose and for a purpose!. Jesus'  Ministry and  acts of Kindness was Intentional! His ministry was full of  what seems like random acts.Thousands of people followed Jesus from town to town looking for chance encounters with Him!Perhaps many were entertained by His miracles. Others needed and sought healing.The Bible says that Jesus healed everyone!(Luke 4:40)Those of us who have received "The mind of Christ' and have been left here as representatives of Him on earth need to follow His example of Intentional Kindness! The scriptures tells us in Galatians 6:10 If therefore as we have opportunity that we ought to do good to all people, especially to those of the household of Faith  ( children of God,Kingdom Kids)  When we read through the journey of Jesus in the Gospels, as well as the journeys of the Apostles in the book of Acts we can notice how the disciples, followed Jesus in acts of kindness, Intentionally! Let us Practice being Kind  in spite of. Do more then expect Jesus footsteps to follow You.   Try following In His!  

Food for Thought By Asriel Eford

 Everyone sat at the dining table, taking in the solemn moment. With all-black suits and puffy red eyes, everyone seemed distant, reflecting on what just occured. " I cant believe he's gone!",  said Pam as she passed the plate of fried chicken to the left so others could serve themselves, " Uncle Jerry was only 54", she continued.

 "I know how you feel. Jerry was my only brother.",  Joe whispered with a sniffle. Joe and Jerry were one year apart, Joe being the younger.  Everyone knew he would take it the hardest. "One thing for sure is that he loved my wife's collard greens with hamhocks.", he said with a half smile, trying to lighten the mood. "As a matter of fact let me get another scoop in his honor".

Joe's wife, Lisa,  giggled. She was honored to have the best tasting collard greens in the family. "Yea he did love my greens. But I think he liked my fried smothered pork chops even more.", Lisa said. "Joe while you in the kitchen getting more greens  can you dip me out a little more baked mac and cheese?", she asked."Yes baby," Joe replied.He went into the kitchen and returned to the table with their food. He could not take the picture of Jerry lying in the casket out of his mind. He was still not sure how he gathered the strength to deliver the funeral sermon. He began to weep silently as he buttered  his cornbread.

Madea fell asleep on the couch after getting home from the funeral, but woke up to the sound of clattering dishes. "Joe!", she yelled from the living room. "Is that you in der? Come on in her' and wheel me up to the table so I can get some of dis her' food." Joe and his son Derek helped Madea to her wheel chair. Her left leg was surgically removed 6 months ago. Derek felt bad for his 71 year old granny and always tried to make sure she was happy. " You want me to fix your plate Madea?", Derek asked. Madea smiled. " You such a good boy. MMMHMM.Brang me some fruit punch to drank. My mouth dry. And put me a piece of dat pound cake on my plate", Madea said.

Madea  felt drained. Watching her oldest son being lowered into the ground hit her heart heavy. She would miss seeing his face and hearing his laugh.Of course, she was proud of Joe being Assistant Pastor of the church now. But, she always had a special place in her heart for Jerry. He was the one who took care of her the most. When her husband died of a heart attack 10 years ago, Jerry took on all the responsibility of providing for her. Her stomach began to growl."Derek, who made dat potater' salad?", Madea asked as Derek presented her with a wealthy portion of food. " Pam", Derek responded. Madea was okay with that. She knew her grand daughter Pam used Regular Mayo. She couldn't stand the taste of Lite Mayo. " I made it", said Pam. " Madea you know it taste like your potato salad so quit trippin."  Everyone laughed. Madea liked her food a certain way and wasn't having any substitutions. "You be quiet and pass me the salt." Madea fussed back.

Faith, Pam's five year old daughter, got up from the kids table and tapped her mom on the arm who was sitting with the adults. " You okay mommy?", she asked. Pam looked at her child with deep compassion and nodded her head. Faith was shocked to hear the laughter after seeing all the adults she trusted crying all morning long. " Mommy? Why did Uncle Jerry die?", Faith asked. "He got real sick baby" Pam replied. "Sick like when Madea lost her leg?", Faith said, as loudly as a curious child would. Everyone fell silent. "Yes, Faith. Now go sit down and I'll fix you a slice of pecan pie when you finish eating that fried okra  left on your plate", Pam said very quickly. Faith ran back to her seat.

Joe looked around the table at his silent family.  He cleared his throat, stood up and said, " The word of God says ask and it shall be given. Now we lost Jerry to sugar diabetes and high blood pressure. Daddy to a heart attack from diabetic heart disease. Momma just lost her leg from sugar diabetes. So I decree and declare that diabetes, high blood pressure and heart disease will not take another member of my family! In the Name! I declare it! You cant have us Satan!". Joe began to rebuke Satan with all his might. The more he rebuked the louder he got. His wife Lisa layed her hands on Madea's shoulder and prayed earnestly. Faith and the other kids looked on in amazement. Madea lifted her arms praising God. The others yelled out "Amen", "My God"  and "Yes Lord" . Joe looked at Madea pointed his finger and said , " I told that devil last night it stops here! Heey Glorray. We Thank you for Doing it God".

After everyone finished praising God for the victory, Pam got up to go to the kitchen to fix that slice of pie she promised Faith. " Anyone else want a slice of pecan pie?", she asked. Everyone said or nodded yes. Joe looked up still swaying in the spirit and said " Yes Pam, fix me two slices  and give me some of that peach cobbler too .. and put some vanilla ice cream on it for me ."

--- I wrote this story for you. I think the point is clear. I hope all kingdom kids evaluate how they take care of themselves and their family. Stop praying for things that God has given you the power to change.  Remember: Life is choice driven. We live and die by the choices we make. ---

Mind Control

The statement “a mind is a terrible thing to waste” became popular during a televised college fund drive.  It is a very true declaration and worthy of consideration.

But consider this one, ”Be careful what and who you allow to control your mind because whatever or whomever controls your mind…controls you”

Kingdom at Hand

 God's Kingdom Kids need to know Him by the Spirit.  This is the time right before Kingdom takeover time spoken about in Daniel 7:25-27. This is the time in which the enemy shall speak against The Most High God and try to wear out the Saints (Kingdom Kids) of THE MOST HIGH GOD! The enemy will try to do this by wearing down your spirit man through what you see, hear, and experience.

But God said you have been sealed! (2 Cor 1:20-22) So hold on.  What would you do if they came into your house and took all your bibles and burned them: Would you still know your God?  God wants us  to know Him by His SPIRIT!( Zech 4:6) God lets us know through history that during the days when the Bible was being written there were really no other books to go by.  But those people learned God by the spirit, and that is why they could write as they were moved by the spirit(.2 Peter1;21)  GOD teaches us that The Spirit in you is Himself.God desires us to begin to learn Him more by the spirit and stop getting caught up in life's circumstances!   Because He is known by the spirit. satan (the deceiver) a lessor spirit is trying to turn  God's people inside out through our thought life! God is always in control of your season and He is always standing ready to give good gifts to His Children. 

When you feel empty get somewhere alone and search God out! God said I will be found by My Kingdom Kids.(Jeremiah 29:13) GOD  will use you more than the enemy can because you belong to Him and the enemy is trespassing! God wants us to tell the enemy to Get OUT and mean it no matter how long it seems to take. God wants us to realize that time& eternal judgment is on the devil not you. If you are a Kingdom Kid, God said eternity is already in you! FOR HE IS ETERNAL  LIFE! (1John5:20)

God told us to, Learn of HIM and we need to allow Him to move in us today so that the devil cannot do us any harm. No one would give up a kingdom without a fight! And we are being  fought! God said, in His word that this time would come and deceive even the very elect (those chosen by God) if it was possible (Matt 24:24). Remember that the enemy will always show his hand and when he does REBUKE Him!  Sometimes you will feel weak, especially after an attack, but  this is common after any battle: But very much so after a spiritual battle!God encourages us to  fear not because it is HIS good pleasure to give us the Kingdom. (Luke 12:32)

  Good soldiers always train for battle.God wants us to  eat right both naturally and spiritually.  Get good rest naturally and spiritually.  Exercise. That is  naturally as well as spiritually. If you can walk, walk outside daily; while your legs are moving let your spiritual legs walk too! (Praying in the spirit) The enemy fights us many times not through what we are doing, but by what we are not doing! God  always watches everything! and has called and planned our certain victories. But learn Him by His Spirit now!  The prophets of old had no written word, but they knew Him by My Spirit  This is what God is calling for now! 

New Beginnings

While the number 8 represents "new beginnings'. There is another way you can experience a new beginning. Re pent! Re= means to do over, or restart, again. Pent is the root word of Penthouse which means top  place or higher & best dwelling. The moment you repent of any negative behaviors and it is received on the mercy seat, God restarts you and returns you to a top place in His Kingdom. Need a new day? On this day ,regarded in many religious circles as "Good Friday" Why Not Go into your " Garden of prayer"( place of peace and tranquility in union with God’s Spirit and repent(turn around) and as soon as your request is received by Abba Father through Jesus Christ who poured out His Blood for Us all & who is our "Mercy Seat" You will begin to experience a NEW BEGINNING
